Dove Play Therapy
Offers support for families who are looking for change and therapeutic sessions for children who need to explore feelings, worries or difficulties.
Play Therapy is a form of counselling in which play is used as a means of helping children express or communicate their feelings. Children use play to learn and understand their world.
Using play as a means of communication, enables children to make sense of what is happening around them, particularly when experiencing challenging times or have to deal with upsetting events.
